More than six years after MOME ended its run, Fantagraphics has returned to publishing a periodical anthology that will strive to present some of the best new work in contemporary comics, once again with Eric Reynolds at the helm.  And they're off to a great start with this first issue, which contains over 120 pages of engaging, all new work produced in a variety of media and printed in full color, two-color, black & white, and grey tones by artists including Antoine Cossé, Eleanor Davis, Noah Van Sciver, Dash Shaw, Daria Tessler, Malachi Ward and plenty more. Well worth checking out.
