A new book by Bob Dylan! What is it?  Well... our take on it is that, here in the era of the multiverse, one way to look at it is:  this is the book penned by the Bob Dylan that, instead of becoming a legendary singer/songwriter, became a highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable (if, perhaps, somewhat eccentric) lifelong NYC record store employee, and it is this Bob Dylan who put together Modern Song, which is compiled of his most legendary sales pitches for his favorite records. 

Worth noting:  this slightly oversize hardcover book is heavily illustrated.
