ONE sharp copy of The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #14 (1980), written by Denny O'Neill with (early) artwork by Frank Miller which is clearly a (spectacular!) homage to Steve Ditko, who was the defining artist on both Spider-Man and Dr. Strange.
This is a sharp and tight copy, with cream to tan interior page color.
