This horizontally formatted, 200 page hardcover graphic novel presents a meditative look at Scandinavian life.  The ebb and flow of each day, day after day, as lived in the natural world, as well as, crucially in the fantasy world as well.  Musturi gets a chance to really stretch out here, and makes the most of the opportunities presented by working on a broad horizontal "canvas".  Working to relate the rhythms of a simple existence through color and pacing, employing a two-tier, 8-panel grid throughout (with minor variations based on this self-same grid), Musturi gets in the groove and stays there for the duration.
