Originally published in France in 2013, the second volume of this intriguing series by the inimitable David B. has now been translated by Brian and Sarah Evenson and published in the US courtesy of Tom Kaczynski's Uncivlized Books.  This volume of Incidents in the Night sports a cover featuring the author's (now deceased) brother from Epileptic, and marks somewhat of a return to the terrain explored there.  This time around, the author employs different sorts of narrative strategies, most notably that of detective story.  Don't expect the mystery to solved, however!
