This is the long awaited third volume from Unicorn Mountain, published right here in Pittsburgh, PA.  While lacking the musical component of the first two volumes (in other words: no CD this time around), the comics and illustration work, taken as a whole, is head and shoulders above the first two.  Also worthy of note is the fact that this 228 page volume that includes the work of more than 25 local, national and international creators and consists of over 20% full color work – including an all-new, six-page story by Theo Ellsworth (his first in full color?), Pictures from a Sacred Amusement Specialist's Scrapbook, and full color photos of custom-made, hand-painted, one-of-a-kind pinball machines by Mike Budai and Brian Holderman.  Also included is a four-page long abstruse meditation by Frank Santoro, Monad (this is not in color, however).   Other contributors are:  Rina Ayuyang, Mike Budai, Jon Carling, Dean Cercone, Tiberin Chelcea, Jen Cooney, Christina Corfield, Chris Cornwell, Andrew Perry Davis, Gabe Felice, Ian Finch, Sam Gaskin, DavidGrim, Michael Hafftka, Tara Helfer, Brian Holdermamn, Juliacks, Christopher Kardambikis, Andy Kehoe, Ben Kehoe, Rhad Kellstadt, Joey Kennedy, Kathleen Lolley, Spencer Longo, Elina Malkin, Greg Mantooth, Ally Reeves, Jonahan Regier, Jairan Sadeghi, Michael Siimon, Ed Steck, Mash Vereshchenko, Bill Wehmann and Katherine Young.   This item was released on 3 June 2011 in a limited edition of a mere 500 copies.
