OUT OF STOCK!
This beautifully hand printed work is the first chapter of an ongoing work in progress that presents a mythic-yet-entirely-rooted-in-reality and up-close-and-personal account of the dawning of "The Troubles" in 1960s Belfast, Northern Ireland. Anyone already familiar with David Sandlin's body of work will know to expect some of his classic archtypes to appear, but may not know that Sandlin was born and spent the first fifteen years of his life in Belfast, before being summarily moved with his parents to rural Alabama, where his father had grown up. So, suffice it to say, Sandlin knows whereof he speaks when it comes to Belfast during the 1960s.
NEW (3rd) PRINTING! Please note that this 3rd printing is printed – beautifully, as always – on a new, slightly heavier and smoother paper stock (the same as the fourth issue) which provides better risograph color registration. These copies are also hand signed (w/tiny sketch) but not numbered.
