This is a collective account (from the point of view of Iranian citizens in Tehran) of last year's (2025) 12-day war (primarily) between Israel and Iran (with the US weighing in on Israel's side).

It provides the perfect antidote to that all too common belief / feeling among Americans that Irananians are somehow "other" or "alien", and irreducibly opposed to "our way of life."  As the works in this collection very clearly show, that belief can only have come about as the resullt of misinformation, disinformation and propoganda.  The reality is something else all together.  Iranians and Americans have so much common ground, are so similiar in so many respects, and share an irreducible common humanity, that we can, and should, easily be able to not only get along, but also to be the best of friends.
