Here is a lot of 28 differnt issues of National Lampoon cover dated betwen September 1976 and January 1982; most are from 1977-1979.

The copies are all in decent shape, between Very Good and Very Fine; with most Fine or better.  Each is individually bagged in a resealable polypropylene bag.  However, PLEASE NOTE: many issues have a whole or partial subscription label adhered to the lower right front cover. 

Here's a snapshot on VERY different times.  And talk about "adolescent humor" – yeesh.  Suffice it to say that much of this humor has not aged well. A lot of it is pretty awful...

However, and intriguingly, the comics here are still good; they hold up. And there are plenty of comics here, by some great cartoonsists, including Gahan Wilson, M.K. Brown, B.K. Taylor, Shary Flenniken, Charles Rodrigues, Trina Robbins, Stan Mack, Ralph Reese, Ed Subitzky, Claire Bretécher, Dan O'Neill, Ted Richardson, and plenty more!  Mostly one-pagers, but few longer pieces, as well.
