We found two copies of this extremely dense second issue of Steve Ditko's Mr. A, published back in 1975 (50 years ago, if you can believe it).

32 newsprint pages printed in black & white, with color covers.

These are "new" uncirculated copies, that would grade at around Very Fine. 

However, please note:  Both copies have blue "$1.50" price stickers place over the original 75¢ price printed on the cover.
